　　问：能请胡院长简单介绍一下贵院以及在出国留学方面的服务吗？

　　胡军：北京青年政治学院泰尔弗商务分院泰尔弗是2001年经北京市教委批准，北京青年政治学院与加拿大泰尔弗商学院合作的中外合作办学机构，以学历教育为主，非学历教育为辅，开办了国际商务和工商企业管理两个专业。学院的发展战略是走品牌发展道路，力戒浮躁，扎扎实实做品质，充分发挥双方优势，相互尊重，和谐发展。
　　泰尔弗发展四年来，逐步走向成熟。现有计划内学生三百多人，计划外近两百人。
　　泰尔弗采用“完成学业＋留学服务”的方式解决出国留学问题。即在学期间，学生在国内踏踏实实完成三年学业，取得双方毕业证书后，对自愿要求出国的学生，免费帮助他们到外方在英国的联合院校继续深造。在英国可通过一年的研究生预科课程和一年的硕士课程，获得硕士学位。泰尔弗每年约有20%的学生毕业后出国留学，到联合院校的学生约有一半，泰尔弗外方帮助他们办理入学手续和签证手续，两年来，他们的签证情况都很顺利。

　　问：三年的大专对于中国学生可能不够，贵院在本科或是研究生教育上有什么方案？

　　The Telfort Diploma program provide the student with a possibility to continuous their study at a Master level, by joining the program the Double Diploma students at their third year can either choose to sign up with a local university and follow up their higher study, or go abroad and have their Master at the South Lanarkshire, Hastings colleges or the Surrey University.
