　　熊艳芳：外教的聘用是双方的，外教都是本科以上学历，并且通过外专局颁发专家证，外事管理由青政负责。除了手续，我们还要求从事语言的外教其母语是英语以及具有相应的教学经验，专业课外教需要具有商务教学经验或商务管理工作经验。我们在配置教师时，从人力资源的角度，针对学生的需求和实际情况匹配合适外教，进行细节性操作。对有定期的考核。如果老师受到学生的投诉达到一定次数会被辞退。我们的团队向心力很强，很多老师已经连续在此服务三四年。
